Most orders are approved within 1โ24 hours. Manual review confirms your payment proof matches the amount. Approved orders trigger an email with your download link.
The most common reasons:
Rejected orders show a Resubmit button โ upload a clearer proof and we'll review again.
Pending orders (not yet approved): yes, contact support within 1 hour of placing the order. Approved orders: see refund policy below.
Default is 5%. As you sell more, your tier drops the rate:
Payouts are processed after the order is approved and the 7-day refund window has passed. Money is sent via the method registered in your seller dashboard (Instapay handle or bank account).
KYC = "Know Your Customer" โ identity verification. Required for sellers with lifetime sales above EGP 1,000. You upload your National ID front photo + a selfie holding the ID. Admin reviews within 1โ2 business days. Documents are encrypted and only viewable by admin โ never shared.
From the profile menu (โฏ on mobile), select ๐ค Bulk Upload Products (CSV). The CSV needs columns: name,price,category,description,emoji. Each row creates one product in pending status awaiting admin approval.
7 days from order approval. After that, refunds are only granted in exceptional cases (e.g., the seller goes silent on a serious product issue).
Click your avatar โ ๐ Enable Two-Factor Auth. Enter your phone number in international format (e.g., +201XXXXXXXXX), solve the captcha, and enter the 6-digit code we send via SMS. Strongly recommended for sellers โ protects your earnings.
Click Login โ Forgot password?, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
Email support with the subject "Account Deletion". We process within 30 days. Some data is retained where required by law (tax records: 7 years; KYC: 5 years).
Accounts are suspended for: copyright violations, fake reviews, multiple-account abuse, fraudulent referrals, prohibited content. Contact support for a review.
Currently: Instapay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, and bank transfer. Payment goes directly to the seller (with platform commission held back). Card payments via Paymob/Stripe coming soon.
For carts over EGP 100, we show options via Tabby, Tamara, and ValU. Contact support before paying to arrange installment terms โ these are managed off-platform for now.
Not directly yet. International buyers can pay via international bank transfer or arrange with the seller. We display prices in EGP/USD/EUR/SAR/AED/GBP via the currency switcher.
After your order is approved, go to My Orders. The Download column shows the link (or "Download All" if multiple files). You also receive an email with the link.
30 days from approval. Re-download as many times as you need during that window. After expiry, contact the seller or support.
Contact the seller first via the ๐ฌ Message Seller button on the product page. If unresolved within 48 hours, request a refund (within the 7-day window).
Some products issue license keys automatically on approval (shown in your Orders). If a key is malformed or already used, contact the seller โ only the seller has access to issue replacements.
