How do I buy a product?
  1. Browse or search for what you want.
  2. Click the product to see details, reviews, and seller info.
  3. Click Add to Cart (or โšก Buy Now to skip the cart).
  4. Go to checkout, pick a payment method, and upload your payment proof (screenshot of transfer).
  5. Admin reviews and approves your order โ€” usually within 24 hours, sometimes minutes.
  6. Once approved, your download link appears in My Orders and you receive an email.
How long until my order is approved?

Most orders are approved within 1โ€“24 hours. Manual review confirms your payment proof matches the amount. Approved orders trigger an email with your download link.

Why was my order rejected?

The most common reasons:

Rejected orders show a Resubmit button โ€” upload a clearer proof and we'll review again.

Can I cancel an order?

Pending orders (not yet approved): yes, contact support within 1 hour of placing the order. Approved orders: see refund policy below.

How do I become a seller?
  1. Click Sign Up and select role Seller.
  2. Fill in your shop name, description, and payment info (Instapay or bank account).
  3. Once you confirm your email, go to Seller Dashboard โ†’ My Products โ†’ + New Product.
  4. Submit your first product. Admin reviews and approves listings โ€” usually within 24 hours.
What's the commission rate?

Default is 5%. As you sell more, your tier drops the rate:

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed after the order is approved and the 7-day refund window has passed. Money is sent via the method registered in your seller dashboard (Instapay handle or bank account).

What's KYC and do I need it?

KYC = "Know Your Customer" โ€” identity verification. Required for sellers with lifetime sales above EGP 1,000. You upload your National ID front photo + a selfie holding the ID. Admin reviews within 1โ€“2 business days. Documents are encrypted and only viewable by admin โ€” never shared.

How do I upload many products at once?

From the profile menu (โ‹ฏ on mobile), select ๐Ÿ“ค Bulk Upload Products (CSV). The CSV needs columns: name,price,category,description,emoji. Each row creates one product in pending status awaiting admin approval.

How do I request a refund?
  1. Go to My Orders.
  2. Find the order and click the โ†ฉ refund icon (only shows for approved orders within 7 days).
  3. Explain why you're requesting the refund.
  4. Admin reviews within 5 business days.
What's the refund window?

7 days from order approval. After that, refunds are only granted in exceptional cases (e.g., the seller goes silent on a serious product issue).

How do I enable 2FA?

Click your avatar โ†’ ๐Ÿ” Enable Two-Factor Auth. Enter your phone number in international format (e.g., +201XXXXXXXXX), solve the captcha, and enter the 6-digit code we send via SMS. Strongly recommended for sellers โ€” protects your earnings.

I forgot my password

Click Login โ†’ Forgot password?, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.

How do I delete my account?

Email support with the subject "Account Deletion". We process within 30 days. Some data is retained where required by law (tax records: 7 years; KYC: 5 years).

Why was my account suspended?

Accounts are suspended for: copyright violations, fake reviews, multiple-account abuse, fraudulent referrals, prohibited content. Contact support for a review.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently: Instapay, Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, and bank transfer. Payment goes directly to the seller (with platform commission held back). Card payments via Paymob/Stripe coming soon.

Can I pay in installments?

For carts over EGP 100, we show options via Tabby, Tamara, and ValU. Contact support before paying to arrange installment terms โ€” these are managed off-platform for now.

Do you accept foreign cards?

Not directly yet. International buyers can pay via international bank transfer or arrange with the seller. We display prices in EGP/USD/EUR/SAR/AED/GBP via the currency switcher.

โฌ‡๏ธ Downloads

Where's my download?

After your order is approved, go to My Orders. The Download column shows the link (or "Download All" if multiple files). You also receive an email with the link.

How long does the download link stay valid?

30 days from approval. Re-download as many times as you need during that window. After expiry, contact the seller or support.

The download is corrupted / wrong file

Contact the seller first via the ๐Ÿ’ฌ Message Seller button on the product page. If unresolved within 48 hours, request a refund (within the 7-day window).

My license key doesn't work

Some products issue license keys automatically on approval (shown in your Orders). If a key is malformed or already used, contact the seller โ€” only the seller has access to issue replacements.
