This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on DigitalMarket (digitalmarketstore.shop), an Egyptian marketplace for licensed digital products and educational content. It complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018) and the requirements of our payment processors.
Refunds are available only BEFORE you download. Our products are digital and cannot be returned, so the moment you download any file in an order, that order becomes final and non-refundable. While an order is still un-downloaded (and within 7 days of purchase), you may request a full refund β the Request Refund button on your My Orders page is available until you download.
As long as you have not yet downloaded the product and you request within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund for any reason. In particular you are always entitled to a refund if:
Once any file in your order has been downloaded, the order is non-refundable (digital products cannot be "returned"). The Request Refund button disappears after your first download. Refunds are also not issued for:

If a downloaded file turns out to be corrupted, materially not as described, or pirated, contact support@digitalmarketstore.shop within 7 days β our team can still review and, at its discretion, issue a refund for genuine defects, in line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

InstaPay orders that are still in "pending" status (i.e. before an admin has reviewed your payment proof and approved the order) can be cancelled instantly with a full refund. Use the Cancel Order button on the My Orders page, or email us.
Card orders are confirmed and approved automatically the moment Kashier confirms payment, so there is no pending window β once approved and the download token is issued, the standard refund policy (sections 2β5 and section 7) applies.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. InstaPay refunds usually appear within 5β10 business days.
Card payments β processed by Kashier. Card payments on DigitalMarket are handled by our licensed payment processor, Kashier, on its secure PCI-DSS-compliant page. Card refunds are issued back to the original card through Kashier and are governed by Kashier's refund handling (see Kashier's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy). Per Kashier's policy: refunds may be full or partial, the refunded amount can never exceed the original transaction amount, and refunds are drawn from your available balance. Once we approve and submit a card refund, it typically posts to your statement within the issuer's window β usually 7β14 business days.
Egyptian banks & weekends: refund processing time does not include Fridays, Saturdays, or Egyptian public holidays.
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please give our team a chance to resolve the issue β we can almost always issue a refund faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is open will result in your account being suspended pending review. Fraudulent chargebacks are reported to the Egyptian Anti-Cyber Crime Unit.
Sellers can issue full or partial refunds to buyers at their discretion (e.g. if they realize their product had a defect). DigitalMarket will process the refund from the seller's pending balance.
